Ginger Carney is from Memphis, TN, and completed her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Dietetic internship at the University of Tennessee (Knoxville), and her Masters of Public Health at the University of Memphis. Her current position is Director of Clinical Nutrition & Lactation at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital where she has been for 12 years. She has served as president of the Memphis Academy, and now as president of the Tennessee affiliate.
Mary Catherine Schallert graduated from University of Memphis with a MS in Clinical Nutrition in 2006 and worked as a Critical Care/Nutrition Support Dietitian at the VA Medical Center from 2006-2013. In 2008, she began teaching Medical Nutrition Therapy I and II at U of M as an adjunct. Currently, Mary Catherine serves as the Tennessee Delegate for the House of Delegates.
