| Candidate Requirements |
| Candidates for the position must have an earned master’s degree in nutrition, food science, nutritional sciences, or dietetics with preference given to those with an earned doctorate. Candidates must have the Registered Dietitian Nutrition (RDN) credential and be Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (TN) eligible. Candidates will preferably have at least one year of teaching experience in higher education. |
